RETURNS
Unless specified otherwise, any item purchased may be returned within 15 days for a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. Late returns (after 15 days from ship date) and new item returns are subject to a restocking charge. Finally (and obviously), an item must be returned in the same condition as I shipped to you.
In short, return an item promptly, well packed, and in the same condition as received, and I will issue a prompt refund - NO HASSLE, NO PROBLEM.
