RETURNS
Unless specified otherwise, any item purchased may be returned within 10 days from the ship date for a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. Late returns and new item returns are subject to a restocking charge. Finally, an item must be returned in the same condition as I shipped to you.
In short, return an item promptly, well packed, and in the same condition as received, and I will issue a prompt refund - NO HASSLE, NO PROBLEM.
